It probably has the best bed I've ever used in Japan (The other ones were fine but this one was SO good). The hotel staff is excellent and they even offered to take my luggage to the room without any extra charge. The bathroom in the room is huge, and the room even has a doorbell. It has a good smoking area on the first floor.

A very well located hotel in the Tenjin district of Fukuoka. It’s close to the shopping area and a short metro ride to Hakata station and the airport. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Staff were polite, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with local delicacies to try. I very much enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

It's best place location at the center of Tenjin Restaurant/Event. It's easy way to find all stuff i need in this trip. The room is so mush wide more than I thought. I'm so surprise when I open the door.

Location is very good, near to Tenjin station. Only 3 min walk from Exit 4. Within walking distance to malls, shops, cafes and restaurants. You can also walk 20min to Ohori Park and Fukuoka Castle Ruins. Customer Service is great across different departments
