We have a night with the heater not working. It had been fixed in 5 hours and have compensate from hotel which I think is pretty fair.

Close to Hakata station, a bit pricey due to holiday season. Room size is quite big, nice bathroom

Location is excellent. Room size is very good, much better than most of the downtown core hotels in the major cities in Japan. Did not take breakfast since there are lots of choices just minutes away. However the breakfast price offered by the hotel seemed reasonable.
