The garden out the front was very lovely. Room was clean and the breakfast was quite good. The location is also very good. Checkout is a little later at 11.

About 20 minutes’ walk to either Hakata or Tenjin. Excellent location with convenience store, pharmacy and takoyaki store right downstairs.

That bathroom oh wow, it surprised us how huge it was. A wet room for the shower and a big bathtub, we went and bought salts just to soak, such a calming atmosphere. It was well placed for walking the neighbourhood, a corner block and not too far from all you might need. The contrast of busy city and beautiful light displays at the shopping complex one way. Then the little suburbia, giant apples at an actual local fruit shop another was delightful.

Self check in. The location. Accessibility. Near to subway. Nice toilet and bathroom. Nice staff. Great breakfast.

This is a very lovely hotel which lived in a location in centre but not crowded place. Staff are very kind and helpful, seems they from different countries can meet the needs of different language conversations, and of course, the English proficiency of local employees is also good, very easy for communication. Rooms are very clean and Japanese style, means it's not as big as imagined, but Japanese hotels have such the same problems... worthy to recommend. Free drinks offer from 14:00-20:00 (not sure the detailed times but free drinks is true.)

Distance from Hakata Station was a 15minutes walk. The feeder bus provided by hotel in the morning reduced our time to commute to the station.

It's located at a quieter part of Hakata but walkable to food and drinks. Driving in and out was easy as well. 7-11 is connected to the hotel so didn't have to brave the cold. Check in and out was fast.

Really enjoyed my stay and staff were really helpful and accommodating. I did extend my stay for 2 more nights which was an easy process. Also loved how convenient the hotel shuttle to Hakata Station (from 6am and last one is 11.30am) and there’s a combini next to entrance of hotel for your late night snacks.
