some staffs needs to improve service attitude. Mostly, Concierge and Bell Team is high competence. But Front Dept. must be change to effort their attitude and more active. I'd like to highly recommend Mr. Sato who is working at Front Desk. He is very capable staff to make customer's satisfaction. Many Thanks to Fukuoka Okura Hotel, especially Mr. Sato

Buffet breakfast was good. Japanese restaurant food was excellent and waiting staff attentive and friendly. Bar staff were also very helpful.
