Some reviews stated the rooms were a little dated. They were just a little but it reminds me of how a good hotel was like eg mini bottles of alcohol, a fridge full of drinks, small bottles of toiletries. Room was very clean and big including the bathrooms. Location was great and convenient. Staff were hospitable, friendly and approachable. Definitely will come back again .

Perfect location moments from Hakata station connected by underground walkway. Large rooms, best breakfast we had in Japan with an omelette station. Quiet rooms, clean, the only negative was no coin laundry but with planning the positives were still worth not being able to do a wash. I’d stay here again if in Fukuoka.

Location: Love it, slightly away walk from Hakata station. Environment: quiet, less crowded. Staff: always friendly and helpful Breakfast: choice between Japanese and western Bed: too soft for my liking but still not too bad Shower: love the water pressure, perfect. This is my second time returning back to this hotel. Never failed me.. will always be my choice of hotel when i am in Fukuoka

The location is very good - opposite the train station and a five-minute walk away. Directions given by the hotel were super clear and you cannot go wrong following them. You walk along the main road to reach the hotel - no small, complicated back lanes to navigate, so reaching the hotel was a breeze. The rooms are big and comfortable.
