Very close to the metro, konbini is literally next door. I had a mishap with my luggage and they took care of it for me, contacting the airport etc. and I'm very thankful for that. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, there were toiletries, toothbrush, hairbrush, pajamas and slippers. Maybe the only negative is the noise from the road & streetlights, so if someone needs absolute silence to sleep, they might have a problem staying there. I didn't mind.

I really really like the hotel since its so clean and the staff are very accommodating. Its also near tenjin station. There is a 7/11 attached to it with warm breakfast offerings and breakfast area... Arigatou!😍🙏

The location is great. There was a 7-11 at the ground floor that has a direct entrance to the hotel. The elevator only works with a keycard, which makes it fairly secure.

The hotel looks new and clean. There is convenient store on the first floor of the hotel. The staff is good. The location is not too far from train station and there are near shopping street and department store.

In the heart of town, ground floor is located 7-11 shop, 3 mins walk to The Catholic Cathedral, 5 mins walk to Tenjin underground. Easily walking around for shopping, many restaurant and a very good beef steak shop, small but super.

We booked room for 3 adults. Think they just add 3rd bed to 2 adults room so the space was quite small. But 2 adults room should be quite okay. Every thing was fine and the services of the staff was good and polite. Very conveniently located and close to train station and most of the shopping mall.
