Beds for 5 of us- double bed downstairs and up in the attic, 2 double beds. Was about 20-30mins walk to Hakata Station. Walking distance to Tenjin underground mall. Easy access to Ohori park, 2 train stops away.

Walking distance to 2 subway stations. Many food establishments nearby, convenience stores as well. Room was quite cosy as well, nice design.

The good: Location to the major sights and convenience stores, which is really what most tourists want. Super friendly staff which really makes the stay pleasant. Good-sized fridge. Enough space to open luggages. The nice but not really necessary: Nice Level 1 sofa/ high table to relax in. You can also play songs from a tablet. Bare minimum amenities but you can help yourself to the amenities stand at near the counter.

Good and clean hotel in a nice location with many good restaurants within a few minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful with organizing a birthday surprise in the room.

Great room in a bit of industrial style. Not so big but also not supersmall. All you need was there. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff was super friendly and also helped me with getting to an onsen I wanted to visit. I walked with my luggage from Tenjin station, the hotel is easy reachable and perfectly located. 24h 7-Eleven directly in front of the hotel.

Nice and modern looking hotel, friendly staff and great cafe at the entrance. Rooms had all amenities included and were pretty modern with Sony TV, Alexa, etc... Quiet location all around, 24/7 convenience store is right next to the hotel and many restaurants too.
