This is the only hotel throughout our entire trip that was very flexible to let us check in earlier than 3pm. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room is big and nice with good view . Full of parking lots and very convenient for us to get around. 20 min for us to get to airport. Will definitely stay with them if we visit Fukuoka again.

Room was very clean, bathroom amenities were more than expectation. We enjoyed the balcony with sea view. Breakfast was served in our room. We are vegetarian, thank you staff and chef make special arrangement for us.

Excellent location to take some break from the city. Great connection to the airport with K Airport Line. Amazing view, with great sunset. Including bath with the same mesmerising view from the window.

Big room with nice view. All staff are so nice, they prepare the birthday snack and some craft paper in the room for my little daughter. For the lounge, kid is not allowed to enter after 9pm. 9pm-11pm for adult only. For the first day when we arrived hotel for check in was about 9:30pm, my little daughter was upset coz she noted that she could not walk around in the lounge. The staff noticed about that, he got some donuts and candies from the lounge and gave it to my kid, we felt so warm and so much appreciated how they care the feeling of the guests.

I like the veranda, the sea view and the sunrise super 😍 beautiful everything inside the room is very good the bathtub, the bed is very comfortable.. the staff is very kind.. most of all I request a birthday plate cake to my husband it was so good 😊…the breakfast is delicious, takibi lounge is superb we enjoyed specially my husband.
