Great hotel, only one room key per room. Central location near Hakata station (5min walk). Rooms are a bit small but great for just a place to sleep! Overall I would recommend people visiting Fukuoka to stay at this Hotel.

Central heating without individual room controls forced us to get Hotel to open the windows as room became too warm.

the room size is match with the value, they offer cleaning every 4 days, you can have new towels every day and they will collect the rubbish daily as well, you just need to put outside of you room. they have a air filter at room as well. The coffee and tea at lobby was good and free of charge. you can leave your bag after check out and pick up later. Last but not least, their check out time is 12:00.

Relatively close to Hakata station, and there is a Lawson (convenience store) just round the corner. The area also has a number of restaurants and drinking spots, so it’s quite lively in the evening but not rowdy or noisy. Staff were responsive and polite. There is complimentary tea and coffee at the reception for guests too. I also liked that pyjamas and additional bedroom slippers were available on each floor should guests need them.

We had stayed for almost a week, we are glad about the hotel's location is near to JR rail main transportation central for our daily commutings to other part of Kyushu. We'd experienced a helpful and nice staff has helped us to contact restaurant for findly our lost stuff. There are free coffee, tea for our daily supplies and the laundry is easy to use are the ground level.
