Location was excellent to access the underground mall and explore the city. On site facilities such as hair dryer and washing machine were useful. Spacious to stretch out for a few days, as were the two double beds.

The studio was spacious, well-designed, and offered ample room for luggage, clothes, and computer work. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the kitchen was well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes and cups (though, to be honest, two glasses would have been more practical than the excessive number of pots and dishes). The toilet, shower, and laundry area were large by local standards, which we really appreciated. The Tanjin area in Fukuoka is one of our favorites, and the location was ideal. The large bedroom window, with a wonderful view, filled the room with natural light. While the building is on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal and not disruptive.

The location is very good. Near the subway, taxi, bus and most important. Mall is just right beside the building

Very nice for a long stay with a kitchenette, washing machine, and a quite a apacious closet where we can even store the luggage. Restaurants, shops, convenience stores are around. Taxi stop was just 1 minute and it was very easy to access to the airport.
