Spacious suite family room overlooking Hakata. Hotel staff are generally friendly and prompt to help. Mini bar filled with yummy interesting beverages. Nice spacious bath/spa facilities.

It was great being in a tranquil neighborhood, on a hill, with the option of taking a shuttle into town. There’s not much to do right outside the hotel, but the views are more than worth it. The staff are extremely sweet and helpful.

We rent a car during Fukuoka, so the free parking was a plus. Late check in & out was great since we arrive late by plane. The room size is good for the price, didn’t try out the public bath since I got tattoos.
