Grand Hyatt Fukuoka’s rooms are spacious and well-provided with towels, bathrobes, comfortable pajamas and other basic necessities. The windows may be opened upon request which makes guests’ experience all the greater. Shopping packages are easily left with Concierge and, upon return to the room, they await. The best thing, though, is Grand Hyatt Fukuoka’s ease in assisting guests with Post Office items. We can rely on Grand Hyatt to get our packages shipped even after checkout after ensuring proper fees are paid.

Staff are very competent & efficient. I'll need to mention Xavier at the front office, extremely helpful & offered sound advice on the most optimum in planning our sightseeing itinerary. Location is very convenient & centralised too. All in good value for money

Location was perfect. Connected to the mall gives lots of convenience. Staff of Grand Hyatt, Malla and a french staff from the concierge also extremely helpful and try their best to solve our queries.

Good location, have many choices of paid parking nearby, as low as 200 Yen per night. also have a local supermarket nearby (within 300m).

Our room 939 was very comfortable, and we loved the evening piano concert. The hotel was convenient for our activities in Fukuoka.

The staff were exceptional. 1) At checkin at about 9.30 am , they gave me a room, so that we can used the room to rest after an overnight flight. 2) I was not feeling well one evening ( at about midnight)and I approached the reception night shift manager and he dispatch his deputy to bring me to the nearest hospital. At the hospital he was acting as my translator etc. Fortunately i recovered and the doctor said there was no need for me to be hospitalised. A few other staff we encountered were also very helpful. 3) the room was huge by Japanese hotel standard and clean.
