The location was convenient enough to walk to town, and the castle. Staff was helpful even though English was a barrier. They let me work in the cafe, which was necessary given how tiny the guest rooms were.

Really clean, well located in a lovely area with lots of boutique shops, coffee shops and cafes. We didn't use the baths, but you do have free access to the public baths onsite which is lovely after a long day of walking around. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, all the amenities you need. They have a nice onsen on ground floor, that we used every day. Good location, very friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, who helped me with a package I was sent. The hotel is excellently located in a charming neighbourhood. The best part of this hotel was the staff, they were so helpful.

Hotel was great! Located close to metro station and Hakata station. You can easly commute to any place in Fukuoka from hotel. Our Room was small but comfortable. I love onsen there! Price was very affordable.

The hotel is located in a nice area, within walking distance from some attractions, station, and close to a few bus stops. The place was clean and included everything I needed (shampoo, soap, other small amenities). Overall I had a nice stay.
