The reception staff was not helpful. For this reason, I canceled another 3 nights' stay and found a good alternative at a much lower price. I have learned something. If my 2+3 night's booking goes wrong, I can cancel the latter to rectify it.

APA says everything. They keep the same standard and that's good. Sento area a bit small but was enough. Very close to Hakata Station.

public onsen to sooth tired muscles after a day's walking... spacious bathing area... chose to bathe at the onsen over the bedroom shower during our entire stay

Conveniently located. About 5 mins walk from the train station. The bed was big (slightly bigger than super single size) and comfortable. It has a 45 inch TV which I find it too big for this size of room.

Having a public onsen was the deal... I got to relax my tired muscles at the onsen after a long day of walking... it has all the toiletries and skin care products that I need and so much more...

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The location was great, so easy to access the hakata train station. The room was small but it was a good size for a sole traveller, clean and comfortable. The staff were so professional ; they helped me what i needed. Great Highly recommended 💕
