Compared to the price, I think it's expensive. But the staff are lovely, good service, and there are shampoos to choose and use for free. I like it very much.

Excellent location. Quiet area. Rooms great soundproofing. Comfy beds and showers have great water pressure. Kitchenette was handy. Shampoo bar downstairs was nice. Not too far from train station, shopping and restaurants

Very Spacious , close to convenience stores, Hakata station and next door ramen eatery which opens till 11pm Hotel also has a shampoo bar which you can choose from a variety of Japan’s popular shampoo brands Washing machine inside room is very useful to have . Detergent is provided . Note there is no dryer but clothes dry v fast with the dryer function in the shower room .

Clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Cosy room- just enough space for 2 double beds. Shampoo bar was a fun treat. Perfect for teenagers.

It’s a good location, close to shops and restaurants. It’s a good-sized room and it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also liked the fact that we could have a choice of shampoos that were available for us to take freely from the ground floor.

Clean, beddings comfortable, location is good, walking distance to tourist attractions, supermarket and Hakata train station (although dragging your luggages to the hotel from the train station can be challenging!).

The room was huge by Japanese standards and was more akin to a studio apartment with a kitchenette than a hotel room.
