Great hotel. Amazing location. Were upgraded to a room looking at Mt Fuji although she decided to hide the whole time we were there. Combini next door. All you can eat Shabu Shabu and Donki in walking distance. Also walked to Fuji Q Highlands.

We had a beautiful sleep thank you the beds were very comfortable and the sheets and duvet were very warm. It was the best sleep my husband has had in a week. Beautiful view of Fuji from our room. Excellent location right next door to a Food Mart and close by to other food places.

Nice view of Fujisan,although it’s surrounded by parking lots. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The staff were all very helpful

Stunning view of Mount Fuji from our hotel window. The room is not large, but was adequate for our needs. There is an on-site coin laundry which was handy. The biggest plus for us was the proximity to Fuji-Q park. We stayed the night before and were able to leave our car in the hotel car park the next day and walk to Fuji-Q, which saved us from paying for parking. Staff friendly and helpful.

The place was well located. Easy access to restaurants and convenient stores. Entertainment is nearby. We got the Mt Fuji view room. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Preferred this location as it wasn't too crowded.

The room was big and perfectly clean. It also had an appealing design. There are several restaurants and convenience stores close to the hotel and it's a short walk to Fuji-Q Highland.
