The service is definitely mentionable - the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and took all the time to assist us with checking for bus/train schedules and informed us when a highway closed/about the weather situation. The rooms are very spacious and offer a comfortable and authentic living experience.

We really liked our room with the traditional tatami mats and the futons, which were very comfortable! The room was also very spacious with view of Mount Fuji. The Receptionist was very friendly and even carried our two big luggage’s upstairs! Definitely recommend!

Everything was very clean and the staff was kind, they even let us borrow the bikes without additional fees. The room was bright and very big compared to Japanese standards. I was a bit skeptical about the Futon, but it ended up being quite comfortable

My stay near Mount Fuji was fantastic! The room was spacious, spotless, and had a cozy, home-like feel. The bed and pillow were perfectly comfortable for me, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the parking space behind the property, which made it super convenient. The area was peaceful and quiet, with a few local restaurants nearby to explore. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Very nice personal. The man running the hotel was very friendly and answered any question. Laundry was for free and took about 2 hours. We didn't use the bicycles but there were plenty of them in the garage

It doesn't have much in terms of facilities. You come here knowing this. It was a pleasant and different experience for me. He criticized the cleanliness a bit for my wife. The guy at the business close to the metro was good.

Wonderful location with friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to see Chureito Pagoda. Close to train station also.

Good location. Around 15 minutes to bus stop to get to Fuji. Can travel by train on Fujikyuko Line, because it close to train station (you can get from Tokyo to this hotel 1.5 hour and you can travel 2 station forward to get to Fuji-Q park that contains Naruto x Boruto mini village). Very kind stuff, they have brochures about locations like how to get to Fuji etc.
