The unit is great views, layout, roof everything about it was nice and it was very clean and new The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. After completing the check-in process, they personally escorted us to the villa and explained how to use the in-room facilities. What I loved most was that each villa comes with its own private rooftop terrace, where you can comfortably enjoy meals while admiring the stunning view of Mount Fuji. Dinner options are available here at a reasonable price, and you can even enjoy the meal in your room. The villa also has basic kitchenware, so preparing a simple meal yourself is definitely possible.

Beautiful unit. Great layout. Very clean. Great for a multigeneration family to holiday together. Staff were amazing - so polite and helpful. Gifted us a voucher as we didn't require room service/cleaning. Finally the view of Mt Fuji from upstairs was wonderful.

There’s basically nothing to complain about this property. Great view (Fujisan), staff, equipment (even a rooftop barbecue set and a projector), comfort, space, and even convenient parking. Impeccable service for the money it charges.
