Great accommodation run by a lovely lady. Taeko made us feel welcomed and we loved and appreciated all the little gestures she made so our stay was comfortable. We loved everything about the place, and this was exactly the experience that we were looking for.

The ryokan by itself is stunning and feels authentic. We were sleeping on futon. Also it is a historical building with a beautiful garden. Loved this place. Would definitely stay again. Notice: depending on weather it could be cold inside. There is no heating, just air conditioning with heating options. So while the room gets warm common places as bathroom, toilet may be cold.

Location was really near to Mt Fuji. Once you leave the house door, Fuji was just right in front of your eyesight.

Our stay was perfect. The host was very helpful and friendly. Very good location, close to the station. A beautiful experience in an authentic Japanese house.

The staff lady was very welcoming and the place was very hospitable. It was a really nice experience with an authentic Japanese place. If you want to stay in an old-style Japanese hotel and experience the culture, this is the right place.

A truly amazing property, immaculately clean and excellent location. This was a real highlight of our trip staying a traditional Japanese guesthouse for our last 3 nights in Japan. The host was wonderful and very helpful. We can’t rate this place highly enough!

We were given cake when we arrived. It was very good. Furthermore the futons were soft and fluffy, it didn't feel much different from sleeping on a normal bed.
