Very clean, nice onsen opened in the night, amazing selection of pillows and a really good laundry service 24/7 for 200yen and free dryers.

We had a Mt Fuji room view, and it did not disappoint. The onsen was also nice. It is not tattoo friendly, so bring a tattoo cover. The breakfast was delicious with Mt Fuji views. 7/11 is right next door. The staff are helpful and friendly. Great value for money.

Breakfast was OK. But for us to get to Mt Fuji was a bit of inconvenience and dazzles.

Spacious room. Free onzen provided. Good breakfast. If the weather is clear, you can see Mount Fuji from the front of the hotel.

It was really clean, bed is very comfortable with variety of pillows to choose from. The hotel cleaners went in and clean our room each day, which was wonderful. The facilities are great and exceptionally clean. The reception staff was really friendly & helpful. He went beyond what is needed to book our taxi which was quite early in the morning of our check out date. Breakfast each day which was quite nice. There's a lot of cafes and food restaurants around the area to choose from as well. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended as it really great value for money.

I was surprised to find that there is an onsen and free breakfast in the hotel! It is not the fanciest but i think it is really nice touch to give comfort for the guest. I like the place and the service staff is great! I will come again if i can.
