Clean and close to the mt fuji ropeway. The receptionist was nice enough to drop me off at the station when there were no taxis available.

Wonderful onsen over looking a cute garden. It seems no one else was around so I had the onsen to myself over two days I stayed.

The host was kind enough to give a lift to the train station. Spacious and beautiful room in Japanese style. And there was a tea ceremony set provided in the room. Good location, just next to the lake. Nice onsen. Tasty restaurant is in the same building.

The rooms were a bit old school, but everything was very clean. The public shower/bathing room was my personal highlight and I went there every morning and evening just to relax. There’s a restaurant just beside the hotel which was also lovely.

Good location, next to lake etc. Also cool restaurant attached to the hotel. The tatami rooms were nice and comfy. We basically got the onsen to ourselves most of the time as there weren't a lot of people.

Great location!!! Great room. Shared bathrooms - Onsen I’m used to it so I loved it. Free parking a short 1 minute walk from the property. The restaurant in the same building is superb.

I loved the entire ryokan stay. The wifi was good and strong. The guy staff was really nice and helpful, he helped to move my two luggages and even drove me to the station when I left. You can see Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko from where you are and it makes the walks at night even more amazing.

Big room with clean and nice onsen. Owner was able to pick us up from Kawaguchiko Station.
