The staff were lovely and the lady at reception was really helpful. The location is good but not as advertised! Power lines obstructing the view. It is however still an exceptional view.

Loved the ceiling to floor windows and the view of Mt Fuji from every single room. The suite was spacious for a family of 6. Location wise it was close to the train station and restaurants.

The view was superb and the staff was helpful. The microwave and fridge in the room was useful to heat up convenience store food when food places were not open during the new years. Mt Fuji was not shy and I highly recommend watching sunset and sunrise to make the most of your stay.

Love this place, the room and beds are super comfy. The Main attraction to book this place is the view of Mt Fuji, we wake up and was greeted with the beautiful Mt. Fuji. The room was equipped with kitchen & all necessary utensils , so u can cook inside the room.

View from our room at level 1 was so pretty. You can see an unobstructed view of Mt Fuji. Balcony has 2 chairs and a ledge for u to sit on.

The receptionist was very friendly and the room had a great view of Mt Fuji. Room is clean and feels larger than ot is, and bathroom has great bathtub.
