- The cocktail hour offered more food than we anticipated, and it was excellent. - The view of the Spa is good. - Good location for visiting the key tourism place like cable car (Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway)and the Boat trip(Ensoleille Excursion Ship Pleasure Boat Kawaguchiko).

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to the hotel. The staff was very attentive and polite, the room was very big and extremely comfortable and overall all the hotel was spotless. We had access to the lounge were they were serving dinner and drinks and they have both private and public onsen. The view to the lake from the room is amazing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking a dinner reservation and even carrying our luggage to our rooms since there was no lift. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, making for a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast, the complimentary tea time and dinner buffets were very appreciated and excellent. Public baths with a stunning view, and large bedroom with a great private hot tub.

It's a decent price range of Ryokan as compared to other places if you want to be able to get a private onsen bath experience. They are also very helpful where you can just WhatsApp them from the Kawaguchiko Stn and they will send a shuttle van to pick you up at their scheduled time range. The room is spacious and has a good lake view, the staff are very helpful, they have English speaking staff from morning until 10pm. But even the non-english speaking staff will also give their best to assist you.

Everything - room was way bigger than expected, with 2 full size rooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony and a sitting down area. Also, the hot tub/private onsen was way bigger than it seemed in the photos, and could easily fit 2 people at the same time. The onsen room was also way better looking than in the photos. Also, despite saying that it doesn’t serve dinner, the ‘light meals’ at the lounge are more than enough to satisfy given you can take as many as you want, and quite delicious. My favourite meals here were during the tea time though, so make sure not to miss it.

One of the best hotel rooms I’ve been in- spacious and comfortable with a gorgeous view. The staff were all attentive and helpful. Never slept on futon before but it was very comfortable!! Free parking. The hotel doesn’t have many rooms and doesn’t allow children so it was a very peaceful and intimate stay- perfect for couples!
