Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that this hotel is located at the top of a steep hill.Dinner is available at an additional cost and and must be reserved at least 1 day in advance.Please inform the property in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary needs.Please note, the property name has changed from Mizuno Hotel to Mizno Hotel.Guests must check in by 17:30 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

The view was beyond my wildest dreams. Used the E-bikes to get around the lake and explore the area. Fantastic onsen and the view was outstanding.

Dinner was very well prepared and presented. Breakfast was lovely with a view of Mt. Fuji. The artwork and ambience are quaint and stylish. The library is filled with fascinating books. The onsen has a mountain view as well. We used bikes to explore the town sites. So much fun. All superb and very personal.

I did not have breakfast but everything else was perfect. Location is great compared to the price. Staffs are warm and helpful.

Lovely hotel with stunning view of Mt Fuji over the lake. Even when Mt Fuji was hiding there was still the lake view. We had French dinner the first night and beef shabu-shabu the second. Wonderful dinners. Would definitely recommend the hotel and dinners.

The view from the hotel balcony was absolutely spectacular! Mount Fuji is stunning especially in the mornings. Japanese breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We also appreciated electric bikes available on demand, made a wonderful loop around the lake. But most importantly the staff of the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. Kindly helped us booking really great restaurants for dinner and even took us there! If I only I could give extra points for this. Thank you so much Mizno team for all you help and lovely attention to us. 100% recommend!

Though the Mizno Hotel was not exactly what I expected, it was totally charming. It had great facilities including a laundromat and the world's best ever shower. We had the Shabu-shabu dinner, which was delicious. The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. And the view of Mt Fuji was fantastic.
