The hot springs are open from 15:00 to 23:00 and 06:30 to 08:30.
To use the hotel's free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko Station, please go to the Fujikawaguchiko Tourist Information Center next to the station and quote the name of the hotel. A staff member will call the hotel and arrange the bus for you.
Children's rates are available. Please inform the hotel at the time of booking if you are traveling with children (please also note the number and age of children in the Special Requests box).
Children aged 1 year and under stay free of charge when using existing beds/bedding. A special rate applies for children 2-5 years old, and adult rates apply for children 6 years and older.
Please note that futons are provided as extra beds (charges apply). The futon extra charge must be paid at check-in.

Super friendly older gentleman (host) that was very caring and great you everytime you leave or when you come back to the hotel. Amazing location. Lawson was just a 2 minute walk and has tons of places for drinks/food around which the host kindly printed out a map and pass to me it highlighted. The nearby lake and park was gorgeous and only a few minutes walk The room was super clean and comfortable, the room that I stay in also had an unastrubted view of mt fuji that you can view comfortably on your bed. The onsen was also amazing and clean , perfect for winter months

The stay is perfect! We had the warmest greeting from the host. I think we also have got the nicest room with the perfect WOW Mt Fuji view. The room even got a moisturizer when the heater made the air dry. This could be arranged because there seems to be only two groups, including us in the hotel. We enjoyed the perfect view at breakfast, too, as we booked the earliest timeslot (as we needed to hike). One 1 Jan, the host even prepared a piece of Japanese radish in Mt Fuji shape for our breakfast to celebrate the new year 😆 One of the best things about this hotel is that the host is very responsive, clear, and funny. 😄 The warmest thing is that even after we checked out, the host would still send us a message thanking us for our stay and asked us to have some rest after the long journey back to Shinjuku. I can't recall any hotels or hostels who have ever sent me a follow-up message after I checked out. I truly appreciate it! The host would pick us up at the train station and introduce us to the spots and restaurants all the way to the hotel. He introduced the food at breakfast and helped us take photos. I will definitely choose this hotel if I visit Fujikawaguchiko again! It is a wonderful stay!

Truly amazing host who went above and beyond in our stay. He gave us a free shuttle to and from the station, made sure we were well looked after throughout and offered us green tea on check-in and check-out! The breakfast was delicious, and the view of Fuji from the room was honestly perfect. The Japanese-style room was very large and the futons were very comfortable.

Owner was amazing. Went out of his way to give us the best experience possible. Collected us from station, dropped us off at station, gave local advice, hosted fantastic breakfast. Location is also perfect, on a clear day the room view of Mount Fuji is amazing! Plus the onsen is great to relax in.

Honestly the best hotel i have stayed in Japan. After calling him via the Kawaguchiko information counter, the owner will pick you up from Kawaguchiko Station bus stop 10. He is very friendly and kind. He carried the spirit of Japanese culture very well. There is onsen for both men and women. Amazing water and heat. The location is amazing, able to see Mt Fuji on a clear day from the hotel lobby and my hotel room. For Muslims, the Kawaguchiko Masjid is just opposite of the hotel within a min walk. If you want to go to the sightseeing bus or back to the station, the bus stop (no.5) is nearby @ Kawaguchiko Herb Hall. Overall, cute and cozy place and the owner is very friendly. He suggested and literally don’t mind sending us to Oishi park to see the beautiful park with Mt Fuji view.
