Great view of Mt Fuji! If you want a view and experience of ryokan style that doesn’t break the bank, this is definitely the place to be! Staff was helpful and polite. Dinner was SUPER and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast with a view! Thank you for making special arrangements for my birthday. Will surely come back!

Dinner was excellent, the room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with their attentiveness. By the time we finished dinner, they had already prepared our bedding. The public onsen was well-equipped and enjoyable. Plus, our room offered stunning views of Mt. Fuji, which was a fantastic bonus!

Rooms are modern and well appointed. Very compact but well designed. Location is very close to JR Rail and many bars and restaurants nearby.

Amazing hotel for experience the traditional Japanese osen hotel! The quality of breakfast and dinner are superb and the decor inside the hotel are amazing! Definitely recommend for groups and individuals who want to experience traditional Japanese Osen culture

We choose a traditional Japanese style room which didn't disappoint. The view of the lake was beautiful as well. We booked a private onsen which I'd recommend.

The staff was kind and she explained everything in details to me. Besides that, I did try for the private onsen, it was awesome! They also do prepared high quality shampoo, face wash, … Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Everything was above and beyond my expectations. We took half board meal and our dinner was spectacular and served directly to our room. The indoor and outdoor onsen was very nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This hotel was definitely a highlight in my Japan trip although we only stayed one night. We even got a room facing Mt Fuji!
