Great location very close to lake and walkable from station. Traditional guest house run by a friendly lady. Amazing value, good breakfast and use of indoor bathing.

Lovely traditional Japanese style Guesthouse. Perfect location walking distance to the teain station and gondola. Excellent for hiking and walking or cycling around the lake as well. Wish we would've booked more than one night here! The onsen is fabulous and so hot!

Quiet stay with a touch of traditionalism. Also, I recommend getting the breakfast. It was just like you read in japanese books, several small plates that keep you 80% full.

The place is located in a perfect walking distance from Kawaguchiko Station it takes you like 10-15 minutes to get there. The staff is very kind and the installations were clear! Also the ofuro is very comfortable and big enough to relax after a long day of walking. The rooms are warm and have tea and drinking water and plenty of futons to sleep comfortably! 100% recommended! Greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽! I also recommend walking around the Lake Kawaguchi in the night, you can take plenty of pretty photos!

The traditional room, sleeping on a futon (and sleeping very well!), the onsen (private for 30 min), the AC, the localisation, the lovely owner making sure everything is ok

Staying here was a beautiful experience! The perfect location by the lake, the beautiful traditional room with tatami floors, the small onsen, and the great hospitality of the hosts! It felt like being at your grandma’s house, we were very well taken care of. If you request it the night before, they will prepare a beautiful typical Japanese breakfast for you in the morning, which was delicious.
