Everything about our stay was perfect! Our specific room had views of Mt Fuji which we did not expect at all. It was extremely spacious. Could not fault this hotel at all. There is a Lawson just downstairs and a 7/11 across the road.

This was a huge surprise for was and totally exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was super clean and also spacious, and the private outdoor bath was amazing. Honestly, their photos don't really show how good the room is in our opinion. On top of all that, our room had a view of Mount Fuji, despite they saying it didn't. It might be because they have a similar one with the same price that faces the other direction, but we were lucky to get the right one. There's also a Konbini right next to it for anything you might need. The only thing we would recommend is getting a bike to explore the city from there, relying on the bus is not ideal, but thankfully there's a bus stop just in front of the hotel. And their breakfast was also pretty good! A hearty warm meal for the cold season.

Superb location, walkable to lakeside, glimpse of Mount Fuji from room window on a clear day, friendly and helpful staff. 4 different options for breakfast sets, very decent and yummy, nice comfortable beds, good wifi, hotel lobby linked to a convenience store (opens up to midnight) but there is another one thats 24H just 3 mins away. Kitchen functions as a bakery after breakfast hours, freshly made yummy cakes at very reasonable prices are available.

Nice hotel in a great location in Fujikawaguchiko. Very spacious room with beds, sofa, tatami area and bathroom. The windows face toward Fuji (although unfortunately we couldn't see it due to cloud cover). The hotel is directly above a Family Mart so very convenient to pop downstairs to get food and drinks if you want any. Breakfast was very nice.

Breakfast sets were good. The bakery - cafe next to Reception was always giving out delicious smells. Room was new and clean. It's a pity some past travellers dented the furniture, rough usage was obvious (eg. it was obvious a really hot cup was placed onto the table top causing irrepairable damage), I wish these travellers had taken more care. The hotel did its best to repair. dinner - the hotel does not have dinner facilities. But plenty of options nearby. Just need to know which ones are open or closed for the day.

The location is near momiji corridor that can walk from the hotel and near the convenience store. The beds are queen size. The housekeeper is so kind.

The people at the desk knew english very well wich was a plus. Also liked the location next to the convienence store and bus stop. Also on short walking distance to the lake.

Amazing room, spacious! We had one of the few rooms with a view on Mount Fuji so really nothing to complain about :) Clean, conveniently located next to a bus stop with a Family Mart and a cake shop within the hotel itself.

the breakfast is good, the room is spacious and with complete facilities. It's very tidy. Though, no receptionist at the counter for 24-hour services, you can still contact them through their landline. Family Mart is connected to the Hotel with easy access but not 24 hrs. Across the street is the 15th station for the REDLINE busses
