Perfect view of Fuji San and nice hot springs available. Perfect and warm staff who really helped us a lot, like late car picking for our pregnant friend and free delivery of my lost scarf. It is really a pleased and warm trip in the hotel, and would definitely rebook next time.

The staff are very helpful and hospitable. They are proactive to help the customers. The room has a very good view of the Fuji Mountain. We are lucky to have a clear view the mountain from our room.

All staffs are extremely friendly. Staffs at front desk even offered suggestions to our travel plans according to the weather and also gave us coupons for the sightseeing spots. The hotel is also extremely clean. I would definitely come again.

Staff is very courteous and helpful . The view from our room is spectacular, facing Mt Fuji. Though not the kind of luxury hotel, it is value for money for such location, view from the room, the service quality. It is a pleasant stay!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Courteous staff, speak good English. Love the room view which is directly facing the Mt Fuji. Both Dinner and BF are well prepared, we are very satisfied with our stay here.

Fantastic hotel for location to Mnt Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. We booked the Lake and Fuji view but unfortunately, the day we were there it was raining, so no view of Fuji but was still nice to wonder the town and surrounding lake area. The team at the Hotel were so lovely! The pick up from the bus station was super easy to do and a great service. Breakfast was a traditional Japanese. The lady running the breakfast room, although no English spoken (and our zero japanese), really did try to guide you through each offering in front of you. She was great! Food was amazing! Upon check out, the hotel staff apologised for the fact we hadn't seen Fuji during our stay and gave us a lovely keepsake postcard of Fuji to take away! Would definitely stay again.

exceed my expectations and highly recommend! even the hotel is not as modern as some hotels around that area, but the service is totally AWESOME! free shuttle service, nice Japanese style room, perfect view, and Japanese style dinner and breakfast definitely make your day. they even gave me local wine and card as birthday presents, heart melting ♥️ A must-have stay in this area

Japanese-style hotel on the lakeside, the room with amazing view of Fuji, the room is clean and everything you need is there, excellent delicious kaiseki dinner and breakfast. Friendly and responsible staff. Special thanks to the woman-receptionist (we did not ask her name unfortunately) for her care and kind attitude towards us. She is in our hearts forever!
