Everything was awesome. The location was absolutely perfect for views of Mt Fuji. I mean PERFECT!!! Both views from your room and the top floor were breathtaking! The staff were incredible and couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful!! The little extras like face moisturiser, face masks, bath salts was a very welcome addition too. The rooms were lovely and had plenty of room inside. The breakfast was included in the price and was really nice too. You had a choice of an egg or tuna sandwich (which was huge) that was served with fruit, miso, juice and tea/coffee or a Japanese breakfast which was beautiful. Thank you HAOSTAY. Your staff and facilities made or visit to Fuji perfect!!!

- WiFi was good - Shuttle service was provided. Had to change the timing at the last minute due to traveling time and they were accommodative - Room came with a view (ground level) - staffs were friendly - the breakfast is nice, given 2 options (sandwich (egg or tuna) or japanese set). Too early for rice so chose tuna sandwich

The staffs are friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle bus to the train station, so it is very convenient for us. We booked a room with Fuji view and we loved it. Room is spacious and clean, the tatami area is great for our evening family time.
