splendid location. 2minute walk from kawaguchiko bus & train station. rooms & bathrooms are very clean. kitchen is well equipped. staff are friendly and helpful. Safe area. Lawson, 7-11, Fujisan Plaza are nearby. Will be back

Super close to the train station! Spacious rooms! Clean shared common spaces (bathrooms and showers) and comfortable Japanese style beds!

Rooms and facilities were clean and beds were comfortable. The accommodation is located right by the station too. Microwave and kettle facilities available to use as well as luggage storage for before and after check out

Extremely clean and comfortable guest house. Futon bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels, quiet, WiFi was great. Shared bathrooms kept very clean. Excellent location.

We had a great stay! The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had plenty towels and extra blankets. The communal areas were kept very well, plenty fridge space upstairs and down, well stocked kitchen. Shower and bathroom facilities were incredibly clean. Very quiet at night, even though they very kindly provided us with earplugs. The location is fabulous, only a few steps from the bus/train station, lawsons, 7/11. Very close to the lake which makes for a lovely walk. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Nothing to complaint about, the location was very near to almost everywhere! all the facilities are well kept and maintained too. Staff was really polite & helpful. The cleanliness was also 100%, didn’t see any bugs or dirt etc

Location Very convenience, about 5 mins walk from Trian Station. Staff very helpful. My room has a partial view of Mt Fuji. We will be back.

The place is really good : located very close to the train station but back in a little street outside the crowded roads. Staff was very helpful and is taking care of keeping the place quiet. The location also allows you to easily reach all interesting sites around the lake and to get stunning views of Mt Fuji
