Other than having an amazing view of the Mountain, the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. They assisted us in planning activities, transport routes, organised taxis and called restaurants to book us in.

A beautiful hotel and blessed with a great view of Mt Fuji. That explain its hotel name. So do choose the room with Mt Fuji view. It is worth paying for it. A good size room too! The onsen is well maintained and we enjoy thoroughly. Breakfast and dinner was good too!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fuji View hotel! We stayed in a traditional room which was a fun experience. The view was incredible, like looking at a painting outside of our window! Staff were lovely and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. Shuttle bus from Kawaguchigo station was very handy. My husband enjoyed the onsen facilities.

Fabulous! Lication: We can see fuji mt. form the hotel. The hotel's lacated in quiet area but can access all you want in Kawaguchiko. We have a good time here, my mother enjoy the beakfast, dinner, hotel garden, and onsen.

Mt. Fuji View Hotel was a great location. They offered bicycles which we used to bike around Mt. Fuji. They have a wonderful onsen. We had a beautiful view of Mt. fuji every morning during breakfast. They had a great breakfast buffet as well.

Room was spacious and the view of Fuji can be seen at many places like the lift lobby area, restaurant and the outdoor onsen. The hotel has a terrific view of the mountain which was the whole objective for us. The shuttle bus also made things easier for us to get to kawaguchiko station. However, will recommend driving or cycling instead in the area

Rented a bike from the hotel (front desk was kind to do it before official hours), cycled round Kawaguchiko Lake (just a stone throw away) in -3 Deg C weather (17km+ with some terrain). Front desk even pointed out where to take good pictures of Mount Fuji. Friendly english speaking staff. Rooms are huge, easily sleeps 3 or 4. Garden view rooms can only be appreciated in the morning, Fuji view rooms cost more. Nothing much to do after dark except for Onsen. Day view around the Lake are awesome. Free breakfast is good with Mount Fuji view. Nice observatory at 6th level. Stayed only 1 night, wish that i had extended another 1 or 2 days.
