Location is great! Right next to Kawaguchi Station. Easy for us to roll our bags to the house. Cleanliness and facilities are decent. However, the room rate is very high for such basic unit with no view or breakfast.

We were close with the famous Lawson (Walkable) and we are very close to KAWAGUCHIKO station and many cafes and souvenirs shops. 😬❤️ If u guys ever want to try rent a bike/e-bike to explore the area, there are 3 shops that has them! But if u want to book like for family and needed a childseat, i suggest u go to Cafe 81! Only they have the childseat e-bike! 🗻❤️

The location is perfect, just few minutes walking distance from Kawaguchiko station. And the mt Fuji is just right in front of there. It is very suitable for traveller without driving and with luggages. The price is reasonable with this location and view. We are allowed to check in earlier and leave our baggage in the room. There are kitchen stuff inside, we heat up our dinner here as most of the restaurant closed during new year. There are bed heater available too. Everything is good!
