The “refresh closet” for coats was a pleasant surprise. It was used numerous times during my stay. The room was also quite spacious and clean.

The hotel is close to the train station and there are local buses to get you around Fuji city. The room was spacious and had all the amenities.

Good size of room, table and chairs, space to unpack 2 large suitcases and very comfortable beds. Large free carpark too.

Facilities were expected of a "Grand Hotel". A lot of amenities in the room. Comfortable. If you make a stop at Fuji to rest I'd highly recommend this place.

The room was lovely and a very generous size. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Not far from either station and restaurants/shops easy to get to.

Very spacious room suitable for families. Close to 夢之大橋. Can reach restaurants or supermarket with 10 mins drive. Convenience store nearby though.
