1st the staff. Mr. Taha & Ms. Narges exceptional professional and down to the point. Multilingual, helpful, and cheering. Switched to a superb view room & detailed all facilities. 2nd room is excellent. Excellent size, and cleanliness. Furniture and amenities very useful. Number of chairs & sitting area & bed & working desk. TV channels are good range and better than other hotels. 3rd breakfast was great. Big area, wide food choice and excellent timing too

I’ve stayed numerous times now and have to say the service this time, particularly from the reception and front of house staff was superb. Everyone went out of their way to ensure my stay was a good experience.

Good service, the hotel is in good condition. Very extensive breakfast with great variety. We were upgraded which was a fantastic suite that was highly appreciated given that we were travelling with the child.
