Great rural location with parking, only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Good pub, The Sun Inn, with lovely food nearby. Good sized garden for dogs and Red Squirrels. Very friendly and helpful owner, Sarah, lives next door. She sorted out a beeping smoke alarm quickly. Nice to be staying in a detached cottage. Tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits provided.

Location excellent. Ideally situated for walking. The garden is great for the dog. Cottage lovely size and very well presented.

The property is very comfortable and in a great location. The host met us on arrival and walked us round the property. There is a lock box for the keys as well. Sarah is a lovely host, always happy to say hello and let us know about local places to visit and eat which was much appreciated.

The property was in a quite location, it was set in lovely grounds; the property had all the comfort you need, need a vehicle to get around unless you are young and fit, I'm late 60 and need a car

We liked the comfy lounge and well equipped kitchen. The location was great close to the beach and only a short drive from Freshwater and Brighstone. We also liked the quiet location and the setting near big trees. There was lots of information there on the history of the village and the surrounding attractions.
