The size of the room and especially the shower was very nice. Big enough for two. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. I like that you have to use your key card to operate the elevator, making sure people from the street can't just come in and rummage the place.

The bookings options were not clear, i searched for a room for 2 adults and 2 kids of 2 and 10, so basically looked for a room with big bed and extra 1 person bed or sleeping couch, i got 3 options, incl breakfast and without breakfast, i took the most expensive that covers all the costs for all of us including the sleeping couch for our daughter which was in the room, so at the arrival had still to pay extra €30 for the couch. That i found a bit too much. Rooms are clean, but dusty for a 4 stars hotel, beautiful design, nice counters and furniture but no tea and coffee, water, for that you have to go to the bar, so if u have small kids no tea before sleep. They have a parking garage under the building for extra charge, and which was full. I would advice to park it outside just in front of the hotel, was enough space. Not bad hotel, but not worth the price.

Clean, got new water bottles on the house in a span of three days (rarely a thing). Hotel and cleaning staff was kind. Bed big and comfortable. Quite.

Great location in calm neighborhood. Ample breakfast and fresh ingredients. Room is cozy, spacious and clean. 2 bottles of water were appreciated.

The hotel was very easy to find. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The design of the hotel is very beautiful. Breakfast was very good with various options to choose from. The location is very good, only a few meters away from a tram station and reaching the city center is at most 5 or 6 stops away. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely recommended.
