Very quiet place, in the middle of nature. The air is fresh, no crowds nearby. The linens and towels were of high quality, no need to pay for them. There is a parking space in the house. Very nice host who will help you with all your questions.

Regina and her husband are wonderful hosts and exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped me with lifts every day and even did my laundry for free. But the best part is Regina's cooking using wild herbs from her garden!

Brilliant place to stay ,very quiet,with amazing views, you can relax after a busy day in Rome. Train station is 10 minutes away,which takes you to Rome in 20 minutes. Hosts are very helpful and gave us a lift to the train station and also suggestions what to see around. Grazie Mille !

The property is located in a vineyard which offers a peace and quite ambjance and superb landscape. I loved the farmhouse house style of the property which was newly renovated nonetheless with nice furnishings, especially in the bathroom. You entry each room directly from outside and there a few sunbeds and table with chars on the grass in front of each room. The breakfast was lovely, although mostly sweet. Some things were clearly home made and delicious. Huge compliments to the home made orange marmelade. One more thing, I appreciated the walk-in closet in the room which allows to keep averything there and mentain a clean aspect of the room.

Where to start, it’s perfect in every way. Regina gives a warm, genuine welcome and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is beautiful. The property is wonderful, it’s a herb farm and the glorious aromas in the gardens are a joy to the senses. It’s so peaceful and relaxing.
