Reception lady was fantastic, staff escorted us to our room, plenty of cooking utilities and the room service cleaned our dishes (with was lovely).

Loved the outlook through glass doors onto Bush. Loved the loft design quite unique. Staff were amazing from reception right through. Felt at home and large lounge made a wet stay very comfortable. It's location is great as a short walk to everything.

Wonderful location with excellent and welcoming staff. The room was fantastic especially with the greenery. The coffee variety was very nice too. Having the beds in 1st level was novel too

A warm and friendly welcome on arrival after a day of travelling was a great intro to a nights stay in Franz. Appreciated the brollies we could borrow in the rainy weather. Room was clean tidy and warm (in a good cosy way) All round great one night stay - would stay again.
