Felt like a spacious apartment. Great communication with owners. Incredibly clean and well-maintained. Small town, but even a great location, across the street from skydiving center. Could not ask for more.

Room was very spacious and clean with full cooking facilities should you wish to use them. Franz Josef is a small town so to be honest pretty much every place is in a good location, unless of course the property is outside of the town.

Incredibly clean room. Spacious, more like a small apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. The bedding felt new, and well taken care of. Washing machine on site. Gracious hosts. Perfect stay in Franz Josef.
