Great location, close to town centre, shops and Wine-tram. Quiet and nice garden with a big pool. Aircon in the bedroom.

Private, perfectly situated with all amenities. Excellent communication and welcoming with Barbara and Archie. We arrived in 38degree weather and the unit was surprisingly cool. The bedroom also has aircon and there is a swimming pool. The unit is also walking distance to the main road where one can find shops and restaurants yet far enough to b e out of the bustle.

Very nice and neat accommodation (especialy the bigger unit had a great kitchen and lots of space)! The value for money is very good - especially for Franshoek and surroundings where rates for accommodation are often quite high.... We were welcome by the host and the garden and the swimming pool were very lovely and neat.

Property was near the centre of town but in a quiet street. Room was very well appointed and had a nice homely feel.

Location, very short walk to the main street. Home from home accommodation, plenty of room. Lovely patio area to sit outside and relax. Use of pool on a hot day was delightful. Host very accommodating.

We liked everything. It was clean and we had privacy, while being super close to town, and an (almost) private pool. The bed was very comfortable. All-in-all a fantastic stay.

Very quiet residential location a 5 minute walk from the main road. Nice pool but a bit early in spring for us to use it. Very pleasant hosts.
