It’s simply gorgeous. The decor is very boutique and everything is so well maintained The staff were also so kind, helpful and friendly The pool and seating areas are so relaxing It’s within walking distance of the Main Street and feels very safe Breakfast was delicious!!!

Maison du Cap is such a gem! The location is fantastic, all of the staff onsite are so friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, spacious and had everything we could have needed. We had a busy few days in Franschhoek but we made sure to use Maison du Cap’s pool area because it was so beautiful, such a bonus to have this right outside of our room. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious cake the staff baked for us, this is done every afternoon for guests to help themselves to along with tea & coffee - such a lovely idea. Breakfast each morning was also fantastic! We stayed in a few guest houses during our South Africa trip and Maison du Cap was one of the best places we stayed, it’s incredibly good value for money and really wish we could have stayed for longer! We will definitely return in the future when we plan our next trip to South Africa!

The property is beautiful with only five rooms. It’s not even a five minute walk to the main road with all the boutiques and restaurants, yet super quiet. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast outstanding. We had room #2 and it was pretty big!

Everything. Breakfast was amazing, rooms very comfortable and artistically decorated. Outside pool area is fantastic and very comfortable. All fabulous!

Excellent breakfast selection. Location was great for Wine Tram and the many restaurants along the high street. We had Room 4 with it’s private plunge pool and patio. Lovely touches such as the afternoon coffee and cake and generous complimentary drinks.

Fabulous location easy walk to restaurants and shops. The property is very stylish, the staff are very friendly and helpful to the point that when we struggled to get an Uber to our restaurant for dinner Keith very kindly offered to drive us and pick us up. The breakfast was fabulous, the pool area is wonderfully relaxing with cabanas for each room. They have some wonderful little touches - homemade cake and coffee available every afternoon. It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there and they put fizz and chocolates in the room which was so kind. This is a gem of a place and we would highly recommend and will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay for our anniversary, was spoiled with sparkling wine snd sweets, really appreciate it! Spacious room and bathroom, lovely breakfast served outside in beautiful courtyard. Walking distance from town. The complementary coffee and lemon poppyseed cake(best ever!) in the foyer is a very nice gesture.
