I would like to thank the friendly approach of the hotel reception staff, especially our friend Robel Tekeste. The variety in the breakfast and the fact that they constantly replenished the food as it was lacking was great. The facility was clean and transportation was easy.

The mattress and beds was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Please tell me which mattresses you use? The breakfast was exceptional for Germany also.

The hotel is very close to the center and the main train station, very friendly personnel and an exceptionally good breakfast. The beds were very comfortable too.

Very convenient for the Messe hall and the city centre- everywhere was walkable. Nice staff, clean and comfortable at a very good price.

We visited for a Hyrox competition, and would certainly recommend for those competing next year to stay here as it was only a 10-15min walk to the event. The hotel has a tube station about 5 mins walk away which is ideal, really quiet area too. Easy access to the town centre. Breakfast was good - great selection. Room was decent and clean. Staff friendly, one morning we had to be out earlier than the start of breakfast so we were able to arrange an early breakfast which was great.

Relatively small hotel, situated in a quiet residential zone of Frankfurt, with good connections to the other parts of the city (subway, tram and bus stations close by). A few dining options (for a very large range of budgets ...) and a supermarket in the area. Friendly and efficient staff, both in the reception and at the breakfast meals. Decent size of the room and the bathroom, good level of cleanliness. Functional furniture and appliances in the room but from slightly dated up to really dated elements in the bathroom. Nice breakfast, both regarding the quality and the variety of the available ingredients. All in all, a good quality-price ratio, at least for Frankfurt and especially for Westend.

Space & comfortable room with plenty of amenities! Excellent choice for Messe visitors 5 minutes away and from “U” in a quiet neighbourhood.
