Room is very small - there is no space to open medium suitcase, but clean and cozy. Hotel is located 5min walk from main railway station. BUT Personel doesn't seem to care about guests at all. I wrote a message few days before check in. The following day, i had to check out at 6. 15am to catch a train. I just like them to prepare the brekfast, which is included in a price, for me 15mins earlier (breakfast starts at 6.30) or prepare some brekfast box. Primarly they didn't respond the message, so i retried. And then they refused. I had to go to shop and make breakfast on my own. The second thing is, that ventilation system in rooms is so poorly-projected, that when having a bath, you can activate the smoke detector, if you won't use ventilation in the way they told you. And If you do so - they threaten you with a money fine at the beggining of chceck in... Summarizing - hotel is quite nice, but staff treats guests in a ridiculous way - like an intruder.

Always a pleasure to stay there... Very communicative location away from the bad parts of Frankfurt Main Station, pretty quiet, clean and very tasty breakfast. Best for the buck!

It is near Frankfurt central station and it is near all the bars and restaurants and it's half an hours walk to the city centre and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Cleanness. A room of Hotels in Japan are usually equipped with a bathtab and a bidet toillet which cleaning bottom. This hotel run by a Japanese enterprise provides such a room. The location is next to the main station.

Excellent experience of some Japanese culture. Close to Frankfurt station. A new experience for us - generally it's a normal hotel but with interesting differences in the rooms, and breakfast.
