We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the rooms were spotlessly clean, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Esta, the lovely girl at the reception who checked us in. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Her warm and attentive attitude truly enhanced our experience and made our stay even more enjoyable. She definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding hospitality. The guy at checkout was very nice and polite, he gave us free drinks at the bar because we had to wait 5 minutes for the invoice. Five star service. And there was a free water at the lobby, that was amazing.

Very accommodating, we arrived early and expected just to drop off the bags, the hotel team kindly let us check in early and get into our room after long flights. Similarly very helpful around parking the hire car.
