We have used this hotel for many years staying there every six months and the location is very good and the shuttle service too.

The reception staff. The man who I dealt with was so polite and friendly. He gave me great advice on dropping off my rental car and where to get the shuttle bus. For me the hotel can be great but if the staff are not friendly, then I wouldn't recommend it. IntercityHotel's staff were fantastic and really helpful.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Good sized room and comfortable bed. Provides a shuttle service to the airport. Nice restaurant located on-site.

This place was perfect for us to stay at while we were waiting on other family members to arrive in the country. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodated us without any issue when we had to change plans and add another day to our booking and also when we had to speak to our airline, as we don't speak German, the lovely lady on reception assisted us greatly and translated for us, thank you so much! The restaurant was great with tasty food and the staff again, were great and welcoming. All in all, we wouldn't have any problem recommending the hotel to anyone for close to the airport. The shuttle bus was very handy and easy to use.

good directions to drive to hotel, picked up key quickly, dropped bags, dropped rental car and caught bus back to hotel. next day caught bus to airport - no problems
