Great staff and especially Mister Kim. It’s really rare nowadays to meet people like him always welcoming guests with a smile, ready to resolve any possible issue, very friendly and super professional. Location is also great in the city centre in a safe region

Very nice hotel.which is a short walking distance to the city centre and christmas markets. Has everything you need for a city break. Friendly helpful staff.
