The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the lobby also offered drinks and snacks before 18:00 every day, which was very thoughtful. I initially thought that being near the train station would be noisy, but it was actually quiet. The staff were friendly.

Great location opposite the main train station, although can be a rough area at night but to be expected in a city. The room itself had everything you need and check in was easily done on a tablet meaning language wasn't a barrier if German isn't your first language. A welcome glass of champagne was very well received after travelling, as was the complimentary mini bar and nice toiletries provided. The hotel itself is quite dated, but is clean and comfortable.

This was our second time staying here. Our first check in experience was better (we didn't get offered the welcome champagne on arrival for the second stay even though it was available) and what we had requested in the room wasn't carried out correctly, however reception soon rectified that. We got the same large double room which was nice and it was perfect for what we needed. Reception staff were pleasant upon check out and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel for the day which was appreciated.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you have to transit through Frankfurt. It is less than 5 minutes walk and easy to find. The reception is great providing a champagne welcome drink. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet - just what is needed after a long flight.

Rooms old style, but functional. Free beverages in the minibar. Free snack and coffee in the hall. Beautiful hall, very nice for a pause. Good service in the rooms. Very kind and professional receptionists. Very good wifi.

The hotel is immediately across the road from Frankfurt(Main) Hbf. Very hanndy for arrival and departure. The room was fine, the breakfast was good.
