Stayed 2 nights. Staff was helpful. Rooms look bit dated however worth for the price paid. Located at a great place. Extremely close to the Zoo - U bhan station and Zoo line 14 Tram station. Tram line 14 starts from there which takes you to the Frankfurt Main station within 20 mins. Liked it and would recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the centre. We were attending the Theatre am Zoo which was opposite, across the square. The room was a good size and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. We were regularly asked if we wanted the room serviced but.we didn't need it. Towels were replaced halfway through our stay. The staff were helpful and always friendly. Everything was clean.

The location is perfect. We came to the kinder hospital it is located 100 m. The reception Yelena was helpful all time we stayed there. She supported us with any question. I really appreciated. We felt safe and supported. Wish her all the best in her life.

Rooms were as described, but larger than they appeared on photos to me. It was clean and comfortable. Great location as it was in a walking distance to almost everything.

It is nice hotel on excellent location, right on metro station. I stayed few times at this hotel and i have to say that they improved service a lot.

Small cozy room, great location, metro station just outside the hotel, coffee shop and bar just across the street.
