Good price for private wc private room. Very central. There are so many homeless around hotel but this is city problem. Very clean toilet and bathrom.

The room was clean enough. Around the hotel there are a lot of shops and it's close to the train station.

The location of this hotel is very good for transport as it is beside the main train station and close to the exhibition centre. They double booked my room but had another hotel ready for me.

Ease of accessibility. It is close to the Central Railway Station. Therefore access to any place by train or trams, is as easy as it can get. The front office person was polite and well behaved. The rooms and hotel are good for solo backpackers and groups. Not suitable for family or business trips. No frills. No breakfast. Just a place to crash overnight till you catch your next train or flight. You get what you pay for. For the price it offers what is reasonable. Note: For those who complain of the city tax (2 Euros per person), it is mentioned on the booking site and is no surprise. You'd need to pay that in any hotel in Frankfurt.

I loved the fact that it was in the very center and it wasn’t expensive compared to the location it was at, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and the room was clean and comfortable.
